Morning (8:00-9:30 am):
Wake up and check my phone for notifications, usually wake up to a text from my mom
Turn on the TV to have some background noise in the morning
Scroll on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for roughly 30 minutes before I get out of bed.
Respond to text messages and check Blackboard to see what I have for the day.
Get out of bed after a slow start to my morning
Classes (9:30-1:00)
Attend classes and use my computer along with my phone
Occasionally scroll on social media during or in between classes
After class, I head back to my room and normally lay on the couch and get on social media for an hour or more before getting ready for cheer practice.
Afternoon (2:00 PM - 7:00 PM):
Study and complete assignments using a computer and my phone (2-3 hours).
In between each assignment, I will respond to a text or a Snapchat when I have time (30 minutes to 1 hour).
After I finish my homework for the day I will normally watch TV while getting ready for cheer practice.
Practice from 5:00 - 7:00 casually checking my phone on water breaks.
Evening (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM):
Find a dinner recipe on Tiktok while scrolling and try and make that once I am home from practice
Relax by watching Netflix or a movie while eating dinner
Normally on my phone on TikTok while the movie is playing in the background
Get in bed around 10:00 and stay up on my phone for at least 2 hours before turning on my sound machine to go to sleep for the night.
