Southern Arkansas has accepted an invitation to play in the Farmers Bank & Trust Live United Bowl against Missouri Western. The game at noon on Saturday, December 2 in Razorback Stadium in Texarkana will feature a rematch from the Live United Bowls in 2018, when the Griffons beat the Muleriders 30-25. The game will be Southern Arkansas’ 10th postseason appearance all-time and its third trip to the LUB.

Yellowstone National Park confirmed its first case of chronic wasting disease (CWD) on Tuesday after a deer carcass in the park tested positive for the highly contagious and fatal brain disease. The carcass of the adult mule deer buck was recovered from the Promontory, a landmass that separates the south and southeast arms of Yellowstone Lake in the southeastern section of the park with the help of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, the National Park Service (NPS) said.
